DELIVERY / SHIPPING
Our partner is DHL Paket GmbH and UPS is responsible for returns exclusively DHL.
As a rule, the goods are at their destination within Germany in 1-3 working days.
Within the EU, the goods reach their destination in a maximum of 7 working days.
We ship your goods free of charge within Germany and the EU.
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. We recommend that you check with the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.
All orders at PROTECTIVE can be returned within 30 days for a full refund – with PROTECTIVE you will not incur any additional costs!
