Shipping and returns

We ship your goods free of charge within Germany and the EU.

If delivery is made to a country outside the EU, the customer may have to pay additional customs duties, taxes or fees, not to the seller but to the competent customs or tax authorities there. We recommend that you ask the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.

Within Germany, the goods usually reach their destination in 1 to 3 working days.
Within the EU, the goods reach their destination in a maximum of 7 working days.

All orders from PROTECTIVE can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the full purchase price. This involves no additional costs for you.

One request: every return travels across the country twice. A look at the size chart before you order helps you get the right fit first time.
