You don't need one for commuting and short rides. For longer tours the chamois comes separately: just wear the Men's Cycling Underpants P-Underpant underneath.

Men’s MTB shorts as stretchy all-round shorts
The outer fabric of 92% polyester and 8% elastane is stretchy and hard-wearing. The mesh inner waistband sits comfortably on the skin, the material gives you full freedom of movement off-road.
Waist adjustment, belt loops and pockets
The waist adjustment with side Velcro and the belt loops support a secure fit. Two slip pockets and a zip pocket on the right thigh offer storage. The shorts come without a chamois, combine them with liner shorts of your choice.
For the trail on MTB and gravel. Like all PROTECTIVE models, the P-Sound is developed in Lower Bavaria.
